To Have and To Hold
A pre-marriage education program of the UCA in NSW

Are you and your partner thinking seriously about getting married?

Do you wonder what you should talk about before making a commitment to marriage?

Do you want to deepen your relationship with each other?

Would you like to learn helpful skills to keep your marriage "alive"?

If you answer "Yes" to any of these questions, then this course is for you!

To Have and To Hold is for couples who would like to give themselves the luxury of a weekend away from the normal routine of life to think about the important issues involved in making a lasting relationship. The courses suit those marrying for the first time as well as those previously married. The course is also useful for couples of all ages and relationship experience.

The courses are run by experienced Marriage Educators and have a minimum of four and a maximum of ten couples in them.

Each person gradually builds up a handbook of information sheets on all the subject matters covered over the weekend.

The course is non-residential, either a weekend from Friday evening (7pm - 10pm), all day Saturday (9.30am to 5pm) and Sunday afternoon (1pm - 5pm) or two consecutive Saturdays (9am - 5pm).

Further details about the program, dates and fees are available from the ELM Centre.
