A key to the future of the Uniting Church and the effectiveness of the church's mission are competent and compassionate leaders who can connect the core of the gospel message to their local community situation.

The Leadership Institute offers programs, events, experiences in partnership with other agencies to resource and equip leaders for today's mission context.

Hi I'm Don Dowling,

As I have started carrying out the Leadership Institute part of my role I have discovered that quite a number of individuals and agencies are presenting Leadership training events of one kind or another.  I also realized that not everyone hears about them. So with this in mind I thought I might pass on some of the information that passes by my desk.  Some of it will be church related other information comes from the corporate world.
