The premier publication produced by the Communications Unit, Insights appears 11 times a year and is distributed to 25,000 people of the Uniting Church in New South Wales and the ACT.

Communications Unit staff are responsible from concept to final product for Insights — designing its great covers and writing, editing, designing and typesetting the rest of the magazine.

The April 2004 issue of Insights (bottom row, third at right) was awarded Best Cover at the 2005 Australasian Religious Press Association (ARPA) Convention.

Another coordinated communications campaign: Leaders Guide, pullout booklet for 2005-2006 in Insights, advertisements pointing people to Living is Giving websites. Great looking products (we organised the photos too!) ... all tied in together to help people support the mission of the Uniting Church in New South Wales and the ACT. A fine fusion of client and Communications Unit staff efforts.

The Board of Finance and Property wanted a fresh newsletter to showcase its extensive work, so the Communications Unit designed Connect.

This end-to-end product goes out to investors with Uniting Church Investment Services. After all these years ... still going strong.

We designed this photo board and brochure so they could be displayed together when UnitingCare NSW.ACT Ageing — Sydney North is asked to take part in community events. A great way for the organisation to promote its range of fine aged care services.

Five reports of the Synod of New South Wales and the ACT to its people. Lovely full colour jobs we designed end-to-end. Recipients say they now feel more informed and some have even proudly distributed the reports to people outside the Uniting Church as evidence that their church does great things.

Coordinated communication: A poster, a brochure (and supporting advertisements appearing in Insights) all designed for Giving Direct — a program for giving by electronic funds transfer to the Uniting Church.
